    To allow PPE Engineering LLC to provide you with the best online shopping experience we may require you to provide; your name, address, email address and contact phone number.  This information is used to fulfil your product purchase request and to communicate with you via our Newsletter.  Users have the opportunity to opt out of receiving the Newsletter at the point when we request information from you.

    PPE Engineering LLC will not rent, sell or otherwise disseminate or distribute your name, address, email address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party without your consent except to the extent required to comply with any applicable law or legal process.

    PRODUCT WARRANTY

    All Drift Performance Products are warranted by the manufacturer: Auto Concepts.  PPE Engineering will aid in the warranty process.  Warranty shipping is to PPE Engineering in Tempe, AZ and not to Australia. 

    Auto Concepts will during the warranty period repair, replace or refund at its option and sole discretion any product which is determined by Auto Concepts to have failed due to defective material or workmanship.

    The warranty does NOT cover failure due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse, unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations.

    Further the warranty does NOT cover freight charges, cost of removal or replacement, losses due to not being able to use the vehicle including rental car expenses, normal wear and tear and any subsequent or consequential damage.

    The liability of Auto Concepts pursuant to the warranty will be limited to and not exceed the amount of the original sale.

    Any use of the product other than its intended purpose voids any warranty given.


    PRODUCT RETURN

     

    PPE Engineering LLC will not be held responsible and will not accept returns for products correctly supplied in accordance with your instructions.

     

    PPE Engineering LLC will accept returns for products incorrectly supplied.  Prior notification of return must be made together with arrangement for product exchange with Auto Concepts via email at drift@ppeengineering.com

    Products must be returned unopened, uninstalled and in their original packaging.  Freight costs associated with the product return will be paid by PPE Engineering LLC only if the above requirements are met.

     

    PPE Engineering LLC will only accept returns for defective or faulty products in accordance with Auto Concept's Product Warranty Policy (refer to Product Warranty).  Prior notification of return must be made with PPE Engineering LLC via email at drift@ppeengineering.com . Freight costs incurred from the product return will NOT be the responsibility of PPE Engineering LLC.
